摘要
本文以阳离子交换纤维作为交换材料,以Cu ̄(2+)作为延缓离子,EDTA为排代剂制备纯度≥5N的Er_2O_3。研究了柱填充密度、柱比、EDTA浓度、淋洗速度及温度对分离效果的影响。通过优化工艺条件,制备出了纯度≥5N的Ek_2O_3。
This paper studies tbedfects of such factors as ratio of column,EDTA concentra-tion,elution speed,density of packing in column and temperature on the separation result,using cation exchange fiber as an exchange material, Cu ̄(2+) as retarding agent and EDTA as displacer for producing the high purity Er_2O_3. Considering all these aspects,the high purity Er_2O_3≥99.999% was produced by optimizing the technology condition.
