日粮中不同Mn、Zn水平对雏鸡卵黄囊中Mn、Zn转移的影响

摘要 取自行孵化的新出壳AA公雏鸡576只分为两批分别用于Nn和Zn的试验。每批分为四组,每组随机地对应高Mn或高Zn(高于NRC标准50%),低Nn或低Zn(低于NRC标准50%)无Mn或Zn和标准Mn或Zn(NRC标准水平)四种日粮水平的一种.于2,4,6,8,12,16,24,36,48,72,96,120时龄每组分别取雏鸡6只测定卵黄囊中Mn或Zn的含量,测定结果进行方差分析和多重比较(SAS).试验表明,雏鸡出壳2小时内卵黄囊Mn和Zn的含量分别为0.018mg和0.226mg.日粮中Mn水平对卵黄囊中Mn的转移无影响,72时龄前日粮Zn水平对卵黄囊中Zn转移无影响,而此后无Zn日粮组比高Zn,低Zn及标准Zn组雏鸡卵黄囊中Zn的转移显著加快(P≤0.05)。48时龄前,卵黄囊中大约75%的Mn和85%的Zn被转移到雏鸡体内.试验期内日粮Mn和Zn的水平对雏鸡增重无影响(P≥0.05)但无Mn及低Mn日粮组雏鸡在试验后期出现了Mn的缺乏症状。 newly hatched A A broiler chicks, which were divided into two batches, were usedto the Mn and Zn trlals to determine the transfer of Mn or zn from the yolk sac during yolk sac periedunder different dietary Mn or Zn conditions. Each batch was divided into four groups which wereassigned to one of the four treatments,high Mn or Zn(50%higher than NRC requirement),low Mn orzn(50% low than NRC requirement)none Mn or Zn and standard Mn or Zn(NRC requirementlevel)randomly, At 2,4,6,8,12,16,24,32,48, 72,96 and 120 hours after hatching,6 chicks ineach group were dissected to analyze the Mn and Zn content in the yolk sac.ANOVA and LSD(SAS)were used to process the data,It was indicated that the comtent of Mn and Zn in the yolk sac within 2hours after hatching were about 0.018mg and 0.226mg.The transfer rates of Mn from the yolk sacwere not significantly influenced by the dietary Mn levels (P≥0.05). Before 72 hours of age,thedietary Zn levels did not affect the transfer of Zn from the yolk sac significantly(P≥0.05).72 hoursafter hatching,the transfer of zn from the yolk sac in the none Zn treatment was significantly fasterthan that in tie high,low and standard treatments(P≤0.05).75% Mn and 85%Zn in the yolk sacwere transered befure 48 hours of age. Although the different dietary Mn and Zn levels had nosignificant influence to the weigh gain, chicks in the none Mn treatment group showed the Mndeficiency in the late experimental period.
