摘要
对溶胶的渗析温度、时间及珂罗酊渗析袋的膜孔径大小、超滤液渗出速度等进行多次实验，并用电导率仪定量控制溶胶及辅助液的电导率值．结果表明，辅助液的电导率应与溶胶电导率相近，这是电泳实验成功的重要因素之一．
The tempreture and the time for dialysis of sol,the hole sizes of parloclion film in dialysispocket and the speed of dialysis out of ultrafiltration liquid are tested for serveral times,It is shomn thatthe electrophoresis experiments can be quickly finished and the results are accurate if the number of con-ductometer for sol and supplement liquid are controlled by the conductometer model.
