摘要
本课题主要探索荻苇制CTMP的可行性及其配抄箱纸板的适用性。研究结果表明,获苇片经NaOH预浸、预蒸及热磨工艺能生产出CTMP,并能配抄出符合质量要求的箱纸板,其制浆得率提高,箱纸板成本降低,并大大减轻了废液的污染负荷。
The aim of this research treatise is investigated the feasibility and adaptability of CTMP used as blending pulp in case-board preparation. From the results, it illustrated that; Reed plant group as raw material, using the processing of NaOH pre-impregnation, pre-digesting and thermal-refining, can be produced CTMP. This pulp can be used as blending-pulp in case-board. Also it can be accorded with quality standard. The yield of CTMP is hisher and years up as compared with semi-chemical of same raw material. The cost can be descended. Mean-while, the pollution load of this pulp wastewater can be decreased at a large-range.
