摘要
利用色质联用仪,采用特征离子对总离子流全过程检测的方法,分析了小麦、油菜、荞麦3种作物根分泌物中非极性和弱极性组分的异同。结果表明,3种作物根分泌物中均含有软脂酸、硬脂酸、酚类、酮类和烃类化合物;磷高效作物——油菜、荞麦的根分泌物中含有5-乙基-2-壬醇、2-十四醇和另外2个未知的醇,而小麦的根分泌物中却没有发现这4种醇的存在。
With the characteristic ion detection method and GC-MS , some hy-drophobic components from the root exudates of rape,wheat and buckwheat were anal-ysed in this paper. The results showed that all the three crops contained stearic acid,phenols ,ketones and hydrocarbons.5-ethyl-2-nonanol,tetradecanol-2 and twoother un-known alcohols were found in the root of exudates of rape and buckwheat,but they werenot detected out in the root exudates of wheat
