摘要
在初步分析团块状球化剂的结构特．点及其与铁水进行反应的方式的基础上，对四块状球化剂的球化处理工艺进行了试验研究．结果表明，球化剂四块在包中的放置情况，表面覆盖的材料、方式和程度，以及球化处理过程中铁水液面的高度，均明显影响镁的回收率和球化效果．在试验研究的基础上，提出了较为稳定、可靠的球化处理工艺．
Based upon the preliminary analysis for the structurat cot of conglomeratespheroidizing agents and the way that conglomerate spheroidiszing agents react to treatingmolten jron, a study was performed experimentally to investigate the technology ofspheroidizing tyeatment of xonglomerate speroidring agents.
