摘要
用离子交换工艺对提拉法生长的Na^+-β氧化铝进行处理得到的Cu^+掺杂β氧化铝在紫外光激发下孤立Cu^+和[Cu^+-Cu^+]二聚物的发射光谱。在双掺情况下,伴随Cu^+掺入的阳离子(K^+,Ag^+)提高了孤立Cu^+对[Cu^+-Cu^+]发射强度的比率,发射带峰位也略有偏移。在Cu^+/K^+掺杂样品中新发现一个很强的395nm的荧光峰。文章提供了单掺和双掺Cu^+-β氧化铝的吸收、发射和激发谱数据并对各荧光发射带的机制进行了讨论。
Cu+-doped */*-alumina were prepered by standard ion exchange techniques with single crystals of Na+**-alumina which were grown by Czochralski techniques. In the Na+ isomorph, under uv excitation, emission is come from isolated Cu+ ions and from [Cu+-Cu+] dimers. When the Na+ ions in the crystal are replaced by other cations (K+,Ag+) to form co-doped *0* aluminas, the Cu+-to-[Cu+-Cu+] radiation ratio will be rise and the peaks of emissions will shift a little. In a Cu+/K+ doped sample we found a very strong emission line at 395nm. The data of absorbtion, emission and excitation spectrum have been provided and the mechanism for bands of emissions have discussed
