摘要
借助于铁谱、光谱和扫描电镜分析技术,成功地确定了某厂20t转炉倾动机构故障发生的机理。本文简要介绍该案例诊断中采用的主要技术方法及试验结果,据此分析了该倾动机构的故障型式、失效零部件的主要损伤机制及失效经历的过程。实践表明,对机器润滑系统中金属颗粒进行分析,可获得丰富的故障诊断信息,在实现机械设备依状态维修、提高设备工作可靠性方面能够发挥重要的作用。
ICP-AES spectrograph,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fer- rograph are used to diagnose the fault of the tilting mechanism of a 20t revolver in a steel- works.The technical methods and the test results in the diagnosis case are introduced in this paper.The fault modes and the failure processes of the damaged parts in the mechanism are analysed,and the main failure reasons are pointed out.The practice of the authors has proven that the analysis of metal particles from the lubricating system of a machine can sup- ply plenty of information for fault diagnosis.Futher more,it plays an important role in the realization of repair upon the condition of a machine and the improvement of the operating re- liability of a machine.
