摘要
本文提出了适合于凸轮轴顶置式配气机构动力学分析的一种新型模型,可用来详细分析配气机构的运动和受力情况。用此模型对车用增压高速柴油机配气机构进行了动态响应计算,并在该柴油机台架上实测了气门加速度曲线,所得计算结果与实测结果基本一致。
A new dynamic model is proposed for analyzing dynamic behavior of the valve train with overhead cam, by which the motions and loads of the vane train may be readily analyzed. The dynamic response of the valve train of 493 high speed charged diesel for vehicle has been calculated by this model. The acceleration law of the diesel has been measured at the engine bench. The computed results are consistent with the measured one.
