摘要
讨论了掺Yb(3+)/Er(3+)氟化物玻璃的上转换机制,认为Yb(3+),-Er(3+)之间的能量转移上转换是主要过程,且其逆过程不可忽视.利用速率方程,得到上转换过程的主要参数,Yb(3+),Er(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度比,Er(3+)各能级粒子数随时间的变化关系.最后,分析了这种材料做成的激光器的特性.
Considering Yb3+, -Er3+ energy transfer the basis process,the up-conversion in Yb(3+)/Er(3+) doped fluoride glass is discussed,and the counter-motion has been taken into account. Using rate equation,we obtain the main coefficients of the upconversion process,the optimum concentration of Yb3+ and Er3+,evolution of ions in each enengy levels. Finaly,we simulate the character of upconversion lasers in this material.
