摘要
应用兰州生物制品研究所生产之精制人白细胞干扰素治疗丙型肝炎的病例对照研究结果表明，治疗组５５．６％（１５／２７例）呈完全反应，４４．４％（１２／２７例）呈部分反应，对照组２２．２％（６／２７例）完全反应，７４．１％（２０／２７例）部分反应，１例无反应。治疗组ＨＣＶＲＮＡ转阴率（５５．６％）明显高于对照组（２２．２％），Ｐ＜０．０５。
A case control study of treatment of hepatitis C with purified human leukocyte interferon was conducted. The results showed that the complete response to interferon was 55. 6%(15/27) in treatment group and 22. 2%(6/27)in control group. The partial response rate waw 44.4% (12/27)and 74.1%/(20/27)respectivesy. There was not nonresponser in the treatment troup, but one case in the control troup. That HCV RNA became negative was 55. 6% in the treatment group,which was much higher than that in the control group(22. 2%).
