摘要
从416株泡木贼镰刀菌中,筛选出一株92-5菌株,它能在30℃转化石胆酸为熊去氧胆酸.研究了该菌株的最适转化条件,在该条件下,熊去氧胆酸的重量收率为42.3%.建立了适于工业化生产的产物分离制备方法.
Among 416 strains of Fusarium equiseti,a strain of No. 92-5 were selected formicrobial production of ursodeoxycholic acid from lithocholic acid at 30℃. The optimumconditions for ursodeoxycholic acid production of Fusarium equiseti 92-5 were studied.The weight yield was 42.3% under the above conditions. An easy method, suitable forseparation and preparation of industrial production ursodeoxycholic acid, wasestablished.
