在猪腹泻样品中发现Torovirus样粒子

摘要
本文介绍了在猪腹泻样品中发现了Torovirus-Like粒子,该粒子主要呈炸面饼状。在负染中,可以看到圆盘形、肾形和杆菌形等多种形态。在超薄切片中,可以见到内部核芯不同切面的各种表现。病毒在胞质中复制,以出芽的方式获得包膜。
