摘要
养阴益气合剂具有抗氯仿－肾上腺素、乌头碱所致的心律失常作用。预防性胃饲该合剂，可明显地延长家兔和大鼠致心律失常的潜伏期，缩短发作时间，抑制室性心律失常的出现和降低室颤的发生率，并能有效地提高乌头碱致心律失常的阈剂量。离体蟾蜍心脏离子灌洗实验表明，该合剂可能对心肌细胞Ｃａ２＋和Ｎａ＋内流有抑制作用。
The antiarrhythmia effect of YangYin-YiQi-Mixture was studied in experimental arrhythmia induced by Chloroform-adrenaline of Aconitine.Prophylactic stomach administration of mixture could significantly delay the time of occurring arrhythmia,shortent the time of continuative arrhythmia and reduce the incidence of Ventricalar fibrillation in Rabbits and rats,the threshold dose of Aconitine in the mixture group was markedly higher than that in the control group (p<0.01).Study of ionic effects on the toad heart in vitro sugggested that the mixture could inhibit the Ca2+ and Na+intro-flow in cardiac cell.
