摘要
较详细地叙述了平台推进剂压强指数附加物"TCA"与推进剂组份的粒度、含量的关系。实验指出了催化条件下TCA与铝粉粒度在30μm左右,AP粒度d_(4.3)在278μm以下组成的配方可使n小于0.1(4.9MPa~14MPa)。研究了配方含量变化与n小于0.1的平台推进剂关系,用降压熄火表面的SEM观察结果解释了平台推进剂的机理。
he influnce of additive“TCA”for pressure exponent of plateau propellant on graininess and content of propellant ingredients is stated in details in the paper.The experiments indicate that the propellant containing TCA.aluminium of granuleabout 30μm and AP of granula(d4.3) below 278μm in diameter under catalytic conditioncan make pressure exponent n less than 0.1(4.9-14MPa).The correlation of the fomulation content with plateau propellant which n is less than 0.1 is researched.Themechanism of plateau propellant combustion is interpreted based on the results observalfrom SEM of the depressing extinguish surface.
