摘要 介绍了用中止燃烧试验方法研究加速度对合铝复合推进剂燃烧特性的影响。结果表明,固体推进剂的加速度效应,最初是一种特殊的动态过程,在熄火后的药柱燃面上可观察到形状各异的凹坑,由凝聚铝粒子在燃面上滞留造成,它使向药柱的热反馈大大增强,结果导致燃面增加,燃速增大。根据研究结果,导出了燃速增量的三个表达式,即热效应燃速增量、增面效应燃速增量、压强效应燃速增量与时间的关系。 n experimental investigation of effects of acceleration on combustion charateristics of an aluminized composite propellant is presented in this paper. It is shown in the experimental results that the effects of acceleration on a solid propellant initially is a particular dynamic process. Pits in different shapes are observed in extinguishment tests of burned propellant surface. Agglomerated aluminum particles remaining on the surface of propellants increase heat feedback to the propellant, which leads to increase burning rate and burning surface area. Based on the results of this investigation, three expressiones of increament of burning-rate, i.e. heating effect, augmentative area effect and pressure effect are obtained. The experimental data will be utilized quantitatively to predict motor performancesin acceleration environment.
