摘要
采用等规聚丙烯与马来酸酐的固相接枝法，制得具有不同酸值的马来酸酐接技改性的聚丙烯树脂（ＰＰ－ｇ－ＭＡ）。研究了其涂层性能。并将ＰＰ－ｇ－ＭＡ－与环氧－聚酯粉末涂料共混，研究了共混物涂层性能。试验结果表明，ＰＰ－ｇ－ＭＡ本身或其与环氧－聚酯粉末涂料的共混物均具有良好的涂层性能，两者的协同作用明显。
AbstractA maleic anhydride graft modified polyproliylene resin(PP-g-MA)with various acid values has been preparedby the solidstate grafting of isotactic polypropylene withmaleic anhydride. The PP-g-MA resin is blended withepoxy/polyester powder coaling and the properties of thepowder coating film of the blended mixture is tested. Ithas been shown that the PP-g-MA itself and its mixturewith epoxy/polyester powder coating both have goodfilm properties and obvious synergistic effect was altsofound .
