摘要
提出了紫外光固化金属防腐蚀涂料。此涂料由含环氧基的预聚物、复合稀释剂、复合光引发剂及附着力促进剂等组成。叙述了预聚物合成、涂料配制,以及涂层附着力、耐磨损性的测试方法。讨论了涂料配方变化及附着力促进剂等因素对涂层附着力的影响。实验表明,多官能丙烯酸酯与单官能丙烯酸酯(摩尔比1:1)组成的复合稀释剂的效果最佳。安息香双甲醚与二苯甲酮配合,不仅消除了体系黄变,而且固化快,对紫外光源的适应范围广;复合光引发剂用量为3%。采用烷氧基硅化合物同一种端羟基聚二有机硅氧烷的反应产物作附着力促进剂。
AbstractAn UV - curable anti-corrosion coating has been devel-oped, which consists of prepolymer containing epoxygroups, mixed diluents, mixed lighl initiators and adhe-sion promotors. The preparation of the prepolymer, coat-ing formulating and test approaches for the film adhesionand abrasion were descnbed. The effect of forniula varia-tion and adhseion promotor on the film adhession wasdiscussed. Experimentally it has been shown that theinixed diluent of muliifunctional acrviate with mono-functional acrylate(mole ratio 1:1) will give the best re-sults. Addition of a mixture of benzoin dimethyl etherand diphenyl ketone will not only eliminate the yellow-ing, but also have a fast dry and wider UV acceptance;the compound light initiator level is 3% . The organic sil-ioxane reaction product is used as the adhesion promo-tor .
