摘要
目前国产管道防腐用环氧粉末涂料存在附着力、抗冲击性等性能差的问题,为此,提出了以改性环氧树脂作成膜树脂,酚醛树脂作固化剂,硅烷偶联剂改性无机颜填料等途径来提高涂层性能。阐述了该涂料的技术原理、配方设计和生产工艺。讨论了成膜树脂、改性颜填料、固化剂等对涂层性能的影响。
AbstractThe existing domestically made pipe corrosion protectiveepoxy powder coatings have some problems such as low-er adhesion and impact strength. For these problems,several approaches were suggested to enhance the coatingfilm properties, such as modified epoxy as film-formingresin, phenolic resin as curing agent and silane couplingagent modified inorganic pigments. The pruiciples de-sign of formulation and production process wcrc de-scribed. The effects of film forming resins, modifiedpigments and fillers and crosslinkers on film propertieswere discussed .
