摘要
反光型聚酯路标涂料主要以热固性不饱和聚酯树脂、白水泥、石油树脂、增塑剂及各种填料(包括高折射率玻璃微珠)组成。通过正交实验研究了热固性路标涂料混合物的配比对各项性能的影响,获得了制备该涂料的最佳配方,并对该涂料的粘度、干燥时间、硬度、流动度及压缩强度等性能进行了测试。
Abstract A polyester reflectorized road marking coatings has beendeveloped, which is based on therniosetting unsaturatedpolyester resin, white cement ,petroresins, plasticizerand fillers( including high refractivity glass beads) . Ef-fects of ingredients composition on the perfonnance ofthe coating were studied by statistical experimental de-sign to forni the optimum formulation. Various proper-ties of the coating, such as viscosity, drytime, hardness,flow ability and compressive strength, were tested.
