在锐钛型钛白生产中,钛液水解生成的偏钛酸经适当的盐处理和煅烧才能生成高颜料性能的成品。盐处理剂碳酸钾和磷酸的加量,以及煅烧温度和保温时间是影响成品质量的主要因素。通过正交试验,确定最佳盐处理剂配方和煅烧条件。
Abstractthe production of anatate TiO_2 , the titanyl sulfateobtained after hydrolysis of titanium sulfate under-goes the salt treatment , then calcination to form highperformance pigmentary TiO_2. The amount of potas-sium carbonate and phosphoric acid for salt treat-ment , and temperature and time of the calcination arethe key factors affecting the end product quality. Theoptimum salt treatment agent formulation and calci-nation conditions are determined through orthogonalexperiments .
