摘要
持证读者的管理是图书馆读者工作科学管理的重要内容,包括组织读者、研究读者、借阅卡的改进、清理借书证的管理等。对该油田研究院图书馆持证读者工作的现状进行了分析,并提出了对策及实施和巩固措施。
The management of readers holding library cards is an important content in scientific management of library readers’ work, which includes to organize the readers,study the readers,improve the loan cards and put the library cards in order and so on. This paper analyses the current situation of readers holding library cards in the library of oilfield institution and gives some countermeasurements and strong measure.
