摘要
认为信息管理是信息科学的一个分支学科群,论述了信息管理各行业各学科产生的历史原因和社会使命。
Since information is of value to human being, its communication is therefore of necessity. Communication facilitates people's access to information on one hand, but increases their difficulties to get the right one on the other hand. The latter is in fact the motive force of the society to develop its industry of information services. Many disciplines have been founded around the concept of information, which can be grouped into three branches: basic theory, information technology and information management.
