摘要
提出了“高校图书情报系统”的理论模式,即全方位多层次地为科研开发提供情报服务,促使其获得更大的经济效益。科研和开发要为图书馆划拨和提取图书情报经费,支持图书情报事业的发展,使之形成良性循环。
A theory model of 'library informaiton system' of colleges and universities was provided in this paper, the author believes that the system should serve the scientific research all-round, and also benefit itself. This model can make the libraries in a good circle.
