摘要
运用系统论、目录控制论观点构想检索工具的目录控制系统,对该系统的层次、结构、运动方式及其整体功能的重大作用进行了理论阐述;提出通过控制检索工具来达到控制所有原始文献的观点;论述了检索工具目录控制系统实现揭示控制的可能性、合理性。
Constructs the bibliographic control system of searching tools using the view-point of systems theory and bibliographic control.theoretically sets forth the levels,structure and motion mode of the system and the important effect of its total function i puts forward the view that all primary documents could be controlled by controlling the searching tools; points out the limitation of previous studies on annotated bibliographic control, and discusses the possibility and rationality of realizing annotated bibliographic control by bibliographic control system of searching tools,which could make best use of existing document control products,and has the excellent function of revealing document contents by levels.
