摘要
动态力速特性是混合式直线步进电机最重要的性能指标之一.本文从线性模型出发推导并分析了其动态力速特性,且计算机仿真和实测结果吻合较好.
The dynamic thrust-speed characteris-tics is one of the most important performance target ofhybrid linear stepping motor. It is derived and analysedfrom linear model. Comparison between the simulator re-sults and the experimental ones shows the validity of themodel.
