摘要
本文简要介绍在全球范围内最具影响的五大RISC集团于1994年底宣布的，1995年陆续上市的五个最新的高性能RISC微处理器（即IBM－Apple－Motorola的PowerPC620、SUN的UltraSPARC、HP的PA－RISC7200、MIPS的R10000和DEC的AlPha21164）的结构特征，并据此对新一代RISC微处理器的结构设计思想进行分析。
The architecture feature of five high - performance RISC microprocessros (i. e. IBM - Apple - Motorola's PowerPC620, SUN'S UltraSPARC,HP's PA - RISC 7200, MIPS's R10000 and DECIS Alpha21164) is introduced respectively, which were declared at the end of 1994 by five greatest global RISC Groups and will be available this year. Then the architecture design philosophy of these new generation RISC microprocessors is analysed.
