摘要
《全国报刊索引》摘刊量大摘文量小,而相应学科的文献期刊则相反。它们在不同程度上偏离期刊信息的实际离散特性。因此,用不同的检索类期刊研究与期刊信息离散性有关的同一课题时,难以得到相同的结果。检索类期刊摘刊摘文量的规范化以及采用科学的综合方法是更真实地反映期刊信息离散性的有效途径。
《The National Index to Chinese Newspapers and Periodicals》 abstracts widely from various journals and the number of abstracts from articles is usually limited. But the other such journals on different subjects are quite to the contrary. They deviated from the characteristics of discrete of periodicals information. Consequently it is difficult to get the same result when the same subject related to information discrete by using different abstracts and index journals is studied. The normalization of the number of periodicals and articles in abstract and index journals and the comprehensive method of science research can reflect the information discrete more truly and effectively.
