摘要
该文根据综合国力的思想及高等院校图书馆评估的实践,从发展战略的角度,提出了综合馆力的概念,并就综合馆力的含义与特征、综合馆力思想的形成与发展以及综合馆力的测度等问题进行了讨论。
Based on the ideas of comprehensive national power and the practice of the evaluation of China's university and college libraries, the concept of the comprehensive forces of the library is presented in this paper from the viewpoint of the development strategy. Meanwhile, the author discusses the meaning and character of the comprehensive forces of the library, the form and development of the thought of the comprehensive forces of the library, and the measure of the comprehensive force of the library.
