摘要
提出一个非线性切削过程模型,证实动态、静态切削力系数间存在联系,表明可以在切削稳定性研究中利用静态试验数据,论证了该模型的切合实际、普遍和实用性,讨论了国际切削动力学研究中的有关问题,推导了端铣平面时模型的具体表现形式.
In this paper a nonlinear modeling of the dynamic cutting is suggested,and the causality between the static and the dynamic cutting force coefficient isverified.This gives strong backing to the use of the steady state cutting data tothe cutting stability analysis.The fitness,generality and practicality of this modeling are demonstrated.In addition,some problems in the international research in cutting dynamics are dealt with and the derivative form of the modeling in face milling is given.
