摘要
探索了龙门起重机工业性试验与可靠性评价的科学方法.文章根据龙门起重机故障规律和Fi-sher提出的试验设计三原则,提出了龙门起重机工业性试验的基本方案和可行的可靠性评价方法.结合JLQ-30.5t集装箱龙门起重机工业试验进行了可靠性分析,得到了符合实际的结果.
The purpose of this paper is to present an efficient method for determining the preliminary plan and evaluating the reliability of gantry crane's industyial test.Based on an analysis of gantry crane's fault regularity and the three priciples for test design by R.A.Fisher,a preliminary plan for gantry crane's industrial test and reliability evaluating method for the test machine's reliability are put forward and effectively applied in the reliability evaluation of JLQ-30.5tcontainer gantry crane under industrial test.
