摘要
对大型推土机的推土刀板在冲击力作用下的应力分布状态以及应力的时间历程的研究在国内尚无人详细探讨过.本文采用模态试验的方法获取刀板在工作状态下的各阶模态参数,进而用理论模态综合的方法,求得不同冲击力函数作用在刀板不同部位时刀板的位移响应.最后应用有限单元法的板单元分析法,求得了矩形单元中心的应力时间历程.这样,刀板在冲击力作用下应力的空间分布和时间历程都可求得.这种实验与理论结合的方法使动应力计算的结果更加简便、可靠.
It has not been discussed before in our country how the situations of the distributions and time histories of the impact stresses will be when the blade of a large bulldozer is impacted. This paper uses the method of modal test to obtain the modal parameters when the blade is under working condition and also uses the modal synthetic method to get the displacement responses under different impact forces. Then the finite element method is used to solve the stresses time histories in the middle of the rectangular elements. So the space distribution and time histories of the blade stresses under impacts can be obtained. This method combines the experiment with the theory, ensures the resultS more reliable andalso saves the computing time.
