摘要
从建立彩电ＣＡＤ系统出发，叙述了在ＳＰＩＣＥ程序中增加双曲正切函数受控源功能的过程，介绍了双曲正切受控源在集成电路宏模型中的应用。
In this paper, in orderto set up the colour TV CAD system, the process developing the Hyperbolic Tangent Function on SPICE is discussed, the applications of the hyperbolic tangent fonction controlled sources in integrated circuit macromodels are introduced.
