摘要
介绍了光通信系统用SAWF系列的研制情况。由于采用了石英ST切晶体衬底、较先进的3指群和4指群抽指加权换能器和计算机辅助设计方法,器件的各主要技术指标均有明显提高,并达到国际同期商用器件水平。三次群、四次群、五次群系统用SAWFQ值分别达到250、600和800;插入损耗则达到10dB左右。
A fabrication study of SAWF used in optical fiber communication systems is reported.By using ST-cut quartz substrate,a new structure of three-fingers and four-fingers group withdrawal-weighted IDT and computer-aided design methods,the main perfarmances of the fabricated SAWF are distinctly improved,the property is up to the standard of today's international commercial use.The Q value of the fabricated SAWF used in third-order,fourth-order and fifth-order group optical fiber communication systems are 250,600 and 800 respectively, the insertion loss is about 10 dB.
