摘要
编组站各发展阶段要根据各阶段的改编量、改编车流性质及当地条件，提出各阶段的可行方案；再运用功效系数将各种可能过渡方案中不同目标值进行综合量化；然后运用动态规划的数学模型，对编组站现代化建设期限内各阶段间的可能过渡方案进行优选。
Practical plans for eachstage of the development of marshalling yardsshould be drafted according to the resortingvolume, characteristics of car flow and localsituations. Comprehensive quantificationcould then be carried out over different targetsof various transition plans with efficacy coefficient. Finally, optimum transition plan ofeach stage of modernization construction couldbe selected by adopting dynamic plannedmathematics model.
