摘要
１３例发生在下咽部不同区，累及范围不同的癌肿，采用手术切除及不同的修复方法，如颈部皮瓣、胸大肌皮瓣、喉瓣、胃代食道等，１３例均恢复良好的吞咽功能，其中５例恢复喉的全部功能。
or the treatment of 13 cases with
cancer indifferent regions of hypopharynx and involv-ing different scopes,surgical excision and
dif-ferent reparation methods were used, such ascervial skin flap. pectorslis major myocuta-neous
flap ,laryngeal valve , stomach instead ofhypopharynx and esopagus,etc. All of the 13cases
recovered swallowing function with 5cases recoveing all the functions of the larynx.
