摘要
对中医辨证施治尿石病３０例进行了临床分析，结合文献复习，讨论了ＥＳＷＬ（体外冲击波碎石术）的副作用与局限性，对中医药防治尿石病的机理、实验依据及临床疗效进行了初步评价。作者认为，传统医药与现代医药相结合是我国中医药发展的方向。
he article reported the analysis of differen-tiated treatments of
30 cases of urolithiasiswith traditional Chinese medicine discussingthe side effects and the
limitation of ESWL,certain essavs with reviewed. The mecha-nism, experimental basis and
clinical thera-peutic effcctiveness of the prevention andtreatment of urolithiasis with traditional
Chi-nese medicine were evaluated. It is consideredthat combining traditional Chinese
medicinewith Western medieine is the way for develop-ing our traditional Chinese medicine.
