摘要
对６例原发性膀胱腺癌进行临床病理分析，患者年龄４０～７６岁，男４例，女２例。术前病程多为２个月，以血尿症状为主。６例均经病理检查证实，其中４例加做ＰＡＳ染色，证实有ＰＡＳ阳性物质，免疫组化标记ＣＥＡ４例，有３例呈阳性结果。本组随访结果５例死亡，存活时间９～４３月，１例尚存活１３月。结合文献着重讨论了影响膀胱腺癌预后诸因素。

adenocarcinomas of the bladder arerelatively rare tumors with poor prognosis.Here presented 6
cases with clinical .pathologi-cal and immunohistochemical features evaluat-ed. The age ranged
from 40 to 76 years, in-cluding 4 males and 2 feniales. Duration ofsyinptoms prior to surgery was
2 months, themost common symptom being hernaturia.There were 5 deaths. Factors related
withprognosis were focully discussed.
