摘要
自１９９０年至１９９３年我科行血管内栓塞治疗８３例，其中脑动静脉畸形５８例，脊髓动静脉畸形８例，颈内动脉海绵窦瘘１１例，头部外伤后严重鼻衄６例。结果，对颈内动脉海绵窦瘘、颅脑外伤后严重鼻衄、血管内栓塞疗效最好，脊髓动静脉畸形栓塞后大多症状和体征有不同程度的加重，应予慎重。

whicb 58 were brain arteriovenous mal-formation, 8 were spinal cord
arterovenousmalformation, 11 were carotid cavernous fis-tulas and 6 were severe traumatic
epistaxises.The results show best effect of intravascularembolication was achieved in carotid
cav-ernous fistulas and traumatic epistaxises.Embolization of spinal cord
arteriovenousmalformation must be performed carefully.
