摘要
本文应用结构疲劳强度的最新理论,预测了13号车钩的疲劳寿命,用局部应力-应变法估算了裂纹的形成寿命,用断裂力学理论估算了裂纹的扩展寿命。两者叠加所得的13号车钩疲劳寿命与现场运用调查统计结果基本吻合。
Based on the latest theory of fatigue strength,this paper predicts the fatigue life ofthe freight train coupler. The crack's life of initiation was estimated by using local stress-strain approach,and its life of propagation by using fracture mechanics method.The final fatigue life,combined with the cracy's lives of initiation and propagation,has been proved in agreement with the statistical data on coupler failures.
