摘要
调查4个机务段213名司机,其年龄为37.6±6.8岁,文化程度以高中最多,约占57%。研究所用指标有四数和计算、注意广度、知觉鉴别、数字译符号、曲线轨迹五项纸笔,两项注意品质的测试及运动心理3项检查共10项。经用SPSS统计软件分析后发现,除曲线轨迹(GJ)与效标的效度值很低,不宜作为准高速机车司机的心理选拔指标外,其它9项均可作为心理选拔指标,驾驶合格检验符合率适用于从现职司机中选拔准高速司机。
This paper introduces the result of psychological survey for 205 drivers at four locomotive depots. They are 37.61 ± 6.81 years old,and some of them graduated from high school,about 57% .The 10-item test indcxes including 5-item paper-pen tests,which are four-number arithmetic test,attention span test perception discrimiuate test.number translate symbol and curve track test,2-item attention quality tests and 3-item motive-psychological tests,are used to the research. All indexes ,except curve track test apply to psychological screening for drivers.Correlation coefficient shows more high by SPSS soft ware comparing with criterion.Driver pass test accordance rate applies to screening drivers in subhigh-speed rdilway from present drivers.
