摘要
人工栽培榆耳的关键措施之一是筛选优良菌株。本试验从八株榆耳菌株中通过严格试验初步筛选出了U06和U04两株比较好的茵株,供今后试验和生产应用。
Two fine strains were selected from eight isolations of Gloeostereum incarnatum through the critical experiments, The isolations were made by the vegetative isolating from the fruiting bodies of the fungus, The two fine strains performed very well both in production and economic features, and will be used in the future cultivation.
