摘要
本文介绍了天然气集输站场管路与长输干线水力特性的区别。站内管路水力计算采用达西公式,摩阻系数采用科尔布鲁克公式,局部阻力压降采用等效长度法。霍尔—亚伯勒公式计算天然气压缩系数,李公式计算动力粘度。可用计算机程序求解,对高、中压天然气集输站场管路水力计算具有实用意义。
This paper describes different hydraulic characteristics of piping of gas gathering station, compared to one of long distance gas pipeline. Darcy's formula is used for hydraulic calculation of gathering station piping,Colebrook equation used for determination of friction coefficient,and pressure drop from local resistance is determined using equivalent length method. Hall-Yabele formula is usedfor calculation of compression factor of natural gas and Li's formula——for calculation of dynamicviscosity. The hydraulic calculation for pipings of high and intermediate pressure gathering stations is completed by computer program.
