摘要
本文用新西兰大白兔制作缺血性急性肾功能衰竭模型。动态观察肾小管的超微病理变化并测定血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果,缺血性急性肾功能衰竭由缺血性损伤和再灌注损伤两部分组成。肾小管上皮细胞内线粒体的结构变化和功能障碍是缺血损伤的早期病理特征。再灌注时肾小管损伤进一步加重且与氧自由基损伤密切相关。完整的上皮细胞从肾小管基底膜上的脱离是缺血性急性肾功衰时肾小管损伤的表现之一。
Ischemic acute renal failure(ARF) models in rabbits were established.the Changes of renal tubule were ultrapathomorphologically observed and serum lipid peroxide(LPO) concentration and superoxide disutase(SOD) activity in red cells were determined.The results showed that ischemic ARF involved ischemic damage and reperfusion injury.The structural change and functional failure of mitochondria in tubular epithelial cells were early pathomorphological features.The tubular injury was further aggravated during the reperfusion,which bore a close relationship to oxygen free radical injury.The detachment of whole epithelial cells from tubular basement-membrane was the manifestation of the renal tubular injury in ischemic ARF.
