摘要
为了解高血压时神经肽Y(neuropeptideY,NPY)在动脉系统各级分支中的分布特征,作者采用自发性高血压大鼠(SpontaneouslyHypertensiveRats,SHR)肠系膜动脉辅片技术,对血管系统进行全面、立体的观察。并用免疫组织化学、图像分析仪对血管壁上NPY分布进行定性定量分析。结果表明,SHR空肠动脉所属分支远侧中间段、远侧段(即小动脉和细动脉)NPY分布表面积密度(分别为20.54±2.88μm ̄2/μm ̄3、13.96±2.87μm ̄2/μm ̄3)及NPY显色物积分光密度(分别为29.53±2.60、10.42±1.98)均明显高于正常血压组。
To comprehend the distribution characteristics of neuropeptide Y(NPY)in the branches of vasculature at all level in hypertension,we used technique of sheeting from mesenteric arteries in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)to make a overall and 3-D observation of the vasculature;In addition,immunohistochemical technique and image analyser were used to analyse qualitatively and quantitatively NPY-containing innervation in the vasculature.Our findings showed that surface density of NPY-containing innervation(20.54±2.88μm2/μm3,13.96±2.87μm2/μm3,respectively)and integral luminous density of immunoreactive positive material for anti-NPY(29.53±2.60,10.42±1.98 respectively)in distal middle and distal region of jejunal arteries in SHR were significantly increased as compared with the findings in Wistar Kyoto(WKY).
