摘要
建立了常温下氩、氧、氮常量组份的色谱测定法。选择CNA511(炭质吸附剂)和CNA139(分子筛)作固定相组成复合柱,氩、氧、氮的混合气体通过该色谱柱在10min内得到分离,利用外标法峰高定量检测出各组份的含量,氩、氮可检测到0.1%(V)以下,氧可检测到0.5%(V)以下。
chromatographic determination method of macroconstituent of argon, oxygen and nitrogen at ambient temperature has been established. The complex column with CNA 511 (carbon adsorbent)and CNA 139 (molecular sieve) as the fixed phase was selected. The mixed gas of argon, oxygen and nitrogen was separated via the chromatographic column within five minutes. The coutents of various constituents were detected by using external quantitative indication of peak height. Argon and nitrogen can be determined down to 0. 1% (V) or less and oxygen 0. 5% (V) or less.
