摘要
在5ml固定床反应器中使用KDD-12催化剂由合成气合成低碳醇的实验表明,压力、温度、空速等对催化剂合成醇性能影响明显,增加压力、空速可以提高低碳醇的收率和合成醇选择性,对合成低碳醇有利;升高反应温度可提高低碳醇收率,但选择性下降。在385℃,14.0MPa,11000h-1条件下,低碳醇收率为416.7ml/Lcat·h,醇选择性为82%,CH3OH/C2醇=2.77。产物分布符合Schulz-Flory定律。该催化剂活性高,反应稳定性好,抗硫中毒能力强,且具有反应过程中不需补充硫的优点。具有较好的工业应用前景。
he mixed alcohols synthesis from syngas on a KDD-12 sulfided Mo-based catalyst was investigated with a 5ml fixed bed reactor. The results show that the reaction performance is influenced by temperature, total pressure and space velocity remarkably. The increase of total pressure and space velocity is beneficial to raise the space-time-yield (STY) and the selectivity of mixed alcohols. The increase of temperature is also favourable to the increase of STY, but the alcohols selectivity is reduced. Under the reaction conditions of 385℃,14。OMPa and 11000h-1,the STY= 416. 7ml/L cat. h, the selectivity=82%, and the ratio of C1OH/C2+OH=2. 77. The distribution of alcohols is in fairly good agreement with the Schulz-Flory law.The KDD-12 catalyst possesses excellent activity, durability and sulfur-resistence ability. In a durability test of 1300h, the activity has not shown remarkable decrease, and the sulfur supplement is not necessary during the reaction. It has better prospects in industrial applications.
