摘要
以H2SO4、NaOH、Na2CO3为水解剂,在间歇反应器内研究考察了草酸二乙酯水解制草酸反应的工艺条件,同时进行了无水解剂的对比实验。结果表明,水解反应的适宜温度为90℃,水解剂为NaOH。建立了水解反应的动力学方程R酸=K1-K2C酸。由实验数据对不同水解剂分别回归得到了动力学参数K1、K2以及相应的指前因子k01、k02和活化能Ea1、Ea2。
he hydrolysis reaction of diethyl oxalatewas studied in a batch reactc with H2SO4,NaOH, Na2CO3 as hydrolytic reagents. Contrast experiment was also conducted in the absence of any hydrolytic reagents. The experimental results showed that the suitable temperature for hydrolysis was 90℃ and the suitable hydrolytic reagent was NaOH. A kineticeguation was proposed in the form of Racid=K1-K2 Cacid and the Parameters in the, eguationwere obtained by separate regression with experimental data for the different hydrolyticreagents. The frequency factors k01,k02 and theactivation energies Ea1,Ea2 were also obtainedwith K1 and K2 at different temperatures,
