摘要
对B204型低变催化剂进行了耐硫性能的研究。考察了不同硫化物、不同催化剂粒度对硫中毒的影响。通过X一射线衍射晶相分析对催化剂的硫中毒机理作了初步的探讨,得出毒物首先与催化剂非活性组份氧化锌作用的结论。
The sulfur tolerance of Type B204 catalyst for the low temperature shift conversion of carbon monoxide was studied. The effects of different sulfur substances and catalyst 'pellet siZes on the sulfur-poisoning were investigated. The sulfur-poisoning mechanism of catalyst was preliminarily discussed through crystallization phases analysis by X-raydiffraction. It was concluded that the sulfur poisons react above all with zinc oxide whichis a nonactive component.
