摘要
文章从四川石油天然气工业发展着眼，指出必须深化科技体制改革，加快科技成果转化的步伐；提高职工技术素养，科技进步才有动力；增加科技投入，提高科技攻关能力；坚持自主研究开发与引进国外先进技术相结合，才能提高企业的综合经济效益和竞争能力，发展四川油气工业。
ased on studying'The Determination About Strengthening Science-Technology Progress' by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,some primary views are proposed out. In order to develop Sichuan oil-gas industry,the matters such as deepening the reform of science-technology system, changing science-technology achievements into productive forces, enhancing the technique accomplishment of workers and staff members, raising sciencetechnology investment,insisting on combining the technique developed at home with that introduced from overseas must be done.
